- Manage and expand relationships across major public administration and defense accounts in Italy.
- Develop deep partnerships at the C-level, ensuring Nutanix remains a trusted advisor in digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute account strategies tailored to the unique needs of public institutions and defense-related divisions.
- Work collaboratively with Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, and Marketing teams to deliver innovative cloud and data solutions that align with public sector compliance and security standards.
- Drive consistent sales growth while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and trust.
- Use Salesforce and Power BI to manage pipeline and performance reporting effectively.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in public sector sales within Italy, ideally within international IT companies (e.g., Dell, IBM, or similar).
- Deep knowledge of the public administration ecosystem, including Ministries, Defense.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts in a relationship-driven and regulated environment.
- Strong, verifiable network of C-level connections in key government bodies.
- Exceptional patience, credibility, and integrity to build long-term trust within traditional environments.
- Native-level Italian and fluent English are required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Must be based in Rome, with very limited travel
